Applications are invited for a candidate for a position as Visiting Instructor of Economics (non-tenure track). This appointment is for one year but may be converted to a tenure track subject to department needs, performance and administrative approval. Doctorate or ABD in economics is required. Teaching load will be seven courses for the academic year with no requirements for service or research. While it is anticipated that most courses will be at the principles level, the department is open to offering upper-level undergraduate or graduate courses within the candidate’s area of specialization. The position is available starting in the fall of 2015.

The Department of Economics is one of six departments in the Foster College of Business. The Foster College of Business has a selective admission policy and all programs are AACSB accredited. The Department of Economics also offers a degree through the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
