Applicants should have a relevant higher degree. The successful appointee should demonstrate the ability to teach economics courses with ample business and policy applications. Priority will be given to those who can teach courses related to big data analytics, behavioral economics, environmental economics and Asia-Pacific economies. Candidates demonstrating the ability to teach interdisciplinary courses will also be considered favaorably. Depending on the profile, he/she will be assigned to teach GE, BBA or master level courses and supervise final year projects.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years starting from September 2022. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The University reserves the right not to make an appointment for the post advertised, and the appointment will be made according to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of offer.
