Overview:

Matriculate is seeking an experienced Learning and Evaluation Director to lead the strategy, management, and execution of all internal and external evaluation activities. This person will set the direction for organizational wide evaluation, update and develop evaluation tools and approaches, build capacity for internal evaluation and learning, and manage external evaluation partners. This person will work collaboratively across the organization and lead efforts to conceptualize and implement a long-term, strategic learning agenda that tracks qualitative and quantitative progress. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Matriculate’s mission and have an innovative and creative approach that is centered in equity and culturally responsive practices.

This role requires the following technical skills:

• Ability to design, manage, and implement internal and external evaluation studies
• Demonstrated knowledge of research, evaluation, outcome measurement, and statistics
• Experience working with large qualitative and quantitative data sets
• Strong knowledge of best practices in data analysis, synthesis, and reporting
