The FED announced that it isn't going to increase the interest rate during 2019 considering the hazard of leading to a financial bubble because inflation is low.
What's the point increasing prices?

I have been thinking of it and debt levels will decrease a little bit. Besides there can be a light GDP growth based on higher prices and more consumption. But I don't know if in the long term it will increase the depths of a recession.
