Hi, I want to undertake research on the desirability of establishing fiscal councils in developing countries. FCs can ensure compliance with fiscal rules and fiscal responsibility laws that are openly flouted in these countries because of the missing or weak institutions of governance and accountability and the lack of transparency. I'd highly appreciate if you introduce me to those involved in or interested in similar research?
