Institute of Economics, Tsinghua University, invites applications at the Professor and assistant professor or postdoctoral level starting from the fall of 2014 or earlier. Applicants should hold a PhD in economics or economic history before taking up the position. Candidates are expected to demonstrate commitment to teaching and to develop and maintain an active research and publication agenda.
Institute of Economics, Tsinghua university is recognized as a leading academic disciplinary body and confers doctoral degree (shared with Tsinghua School of Economics and Management) as well as master and bachelor degrees in theoretical economics. Major research interests of the institute include: political economy, economic history, history of economic thought, and Western Economics.
