The Tulane University Economics Department and the Murphy Institute of Political Economy invite applications for a postdoctoral position to begin in fall 2014. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in economics by fall 2014. We are seeking an individual whose research is in the area of education and who will work with Tulane faculty and Tulane's Education Research Alliance for New Orleans. The successful candidate will teach one course at the undergraduate level annually and is expected to participate actively in research, seminars and other activities at the Economics Department, the Murphy Institute, and the Education Research Alliance for New Orleans. Applications will be accepted until April 1, 2014. The appointment is for two years only.
