Applications are invited for two one-year visiting openings in the Economics Department at the University of the Pacific beginning in Fall 2014. Each position will entail teaching five courses (two courses in one semester, three in the other), with a total of three preps. One position will require teaching International Trade, a lower-level course in International Economics, and other courses, most likely Introductory Macroeconomics. We expect the other position will cover four sections of Introductory Economics (Macro and a survey course) as well as a course in data analysis and statistical inference using common programs (e.g. Excel, Stata, EViews.)
