The Economics Department invites applications for one or more possible visiting assistant professor positions for the 2014-2015 academic year.
Teaching responsibilities would include courses in the departmental core (introduction to economics, intermediate microeconomics or macroeconomics, econometrics, or introductory statistics) and possibly an economics elective. Fields are open, but preference will be given to a candidate who can teach an elective course in financial economics. Teaching load is 5 courses per year. Minimum qualifications include: Ph.D. or ABD in economics and a demonstrated ability or potential for high quality teaching.
Please submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and arrange for submission of 3 letters of recommendation.
