Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a U.S. Government corporation that provides assistance to support economic growth and poverty reduction in select developing countries that demonstrate a commitment to just and democratic governance, economic freedom, and investments in their citizenry.
Currently, we are soliciting interest for a position in the Economic Analysis Division with the Department of Policy and Evaluation.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as agency experts and coordinators in providing intellectual leadership to colleagues and advice to top-level agency officials; provide timely and accurate economic guidance and analysis for MCC investments, including cost-benefit analyses and beneficiary analysis.
Applicants must have experience modeling complex economic concepts using real-world data and experience conducting economic analysis on third world development issues related to the determinants of economic growth and the linkage between growth and investment in particular sectors, especially as they relate to poverty reduction. (NOTE: This position has a minimum education requirement).
