EY is seeking qualified candidates to join its U.S. transfer pricing practice. Transfer Pricing is a multi-disciplinary sub-specialty supporting the International Tax Services, State & Local, and Operating Model Effectiveness groups (see website at www.ey.com/transferpricing). As a member of the U.S. Transfer Pricing practice, you will assist with the economic/valuation analyses of multinational’s cross-border inter-company pricing for tangible goods, intangibles, loans, and services. Such analyses typically include an in-depth review of a company’s industry structure and its strategic business model including products/intangibles, competitors, research and development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution, finance and legal functions. A position as a transfer pricing analyst provides an excellent opportunity for a career as an international business consultant - with potential to relocate domestically and internationally.
