Transfer pricing is a multidisciplinary field that integrates economics, business, legal and tax principles in the evaluation of intercompany pricing for tangible and intangible property, services and loans. As a transfer pricing economist, you will perform in-depth company analyses, industry reviews, and economic analyses of intercompany transactions to evaluate consistency with the arm’s length standard. In addition, you will work with other experienced Ph.D. economists, tax attorneys and business professionals on a variety of complex issues, including advanced pricing agreements with tax authorities, strategic tax planning, intangible property valuations, dispute resolution, and merger and acquisition due diligence.

Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. or Master’s degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior analytical and project management capabilities, and the ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team.
