Abdullah Gul University (AGU) invites applications for faculty positions in Economics beginning fall 2015. Applications are invited at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels. In its second year, the University’s seven departments placed in the top five public university slots according to the nationwide college entrance examination scores of incoming students. AGU has a strong commitment to be a very good research-oriented third generation university. Up to two positions are available this year. Although a public university, it is independently supported by the AGU Foundation (AGUV) whose main function is to offer merit-based scholarships to students and grants to faculty members.

The language of instruction is English. The university is located in Kayseri - Turkey at the heart of the historic Cappadocia region with the Erciyes Mountain overlooking the city, available for winter sports. Please visit our website for further information at www.agu.edu.tr .
