The Director manages a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants under the direction of Senior Managing Directors. He/she is responsible for executing projects, managing client relationships, performing complex analysis, and clearly communicating results.

Primary Duties:
• Assist in preparing Federal and State court reports, including damages estimation, in alleged infringement of Intellectual Property and Class and Collective Action litigation
• Statistical/econometric dataset analysis
• Business Development through cross-selling other FTI services
• Travel up to 25%

Basic Qualifications:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Economics/Statistics
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience

Preferred Skills:
• Quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations
• Develop creative approaches to complex problems
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficient in large database software programs (SQL Server, Access)
• Proficient in statistical/econometric software programs (SAS, Stata, E-Views, R)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
