The School of Business at University of Washington Bothell invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Economics. This nontenured position comes with a multi-year appointment and a 9-month service period. The appointment will become effective in September of 2016. A Ph.D. degree in economics or a related discipline is desirable but ABDs and Masters with strong qualifications will be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate teaching excellence and an ability to teach a wide variety of economics and related courses, depending on the needs of the School of Business. The successful candidate will teach in our Bothell campus and in our Bellevue Eastside Leadership Center, before graduate and undergraduate audiences. Compensation package is competitive. University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service.

The University of Washington Bothell is located 15 miles northeast of downtown Seattle. We have a growing, state-of-the-art, high-tech campus, and the School of Business attracts students from companies such as Microsoft, Boeing, Costco and Amazon. The School of Business is an AACSB-accredited institution.
