The Economics Department at Lafayette College invites applications for a one-year visiting position for 2016-2017. The teaching load is six courses overall with three courses each semester. Teaching includes some combination of our core courses (Principles, Intermediate Microeconomics or Macroeconomics, and Econometrics) and possibly an elective. A Ph.D. is required, but ABDs with a completion date of August 2016 will be considered. A complete application will include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, evidence of effective teaching and three letters of recommendation. In your cover letter, please describe your cultural competencies and experiences engaging a diverse student body. Applications will be accepted until April 25, 2016.
