The Rector of the New Economic School

The New Economic School was founded in 1992 with the mission of providing modern economics education and research for Russian society, business, and government. The New Economic School is a private school of economics which offers master’s and bachelor’s degree programs in economics and finance.

As the head of NES, the Rector will be responsible for the strategic development of the School and has full authority when making key administrative decisions. The rector of the School leads the academic, educational, scholarly, administrative, and financial activity of the School.

The rector will sustain and develop the positive image of the school as an internationally acclaimed leader in the field of economics and financial education. The rector manages the financial and economic policy of the School, develops and implements the School’s fundraising strategy. He or she will be recognized as a visionary leader with strong successful executive leaderships and people skills. NES is seeking a candidate who will inspire students, alumni stuff and faculty, and will engage constructively with School stakeholders.
