The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Director of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies in the Lee Business School. The director conducts research, teaches courses, and oversees curriculum for the undergraduate Real Estate degree. The director also works closely with an advisory board. This tenured or tenure-track position will be filled at the associate or full professor level.
Qualifications:
• PhD in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Established record as a teacher/scholar.
• Record of publishing in top real estate, economics, and/or finance journals with emphasis on real estate and/or urban economics.
• Ability to work successfully with a diverse student body.
• Ability and willingness to work with the local real estate community.
• Ability and willingness to present results of real estate research to real estate and business professionals.
