The Transfer Pricing Group at Deloitte is currently seeking new and experienced graduates with a Ph.D. in economics to join our U.S. practice at the locations listed below. Transfer pricing is a multidisciplinary field that integrates economics, business, legal, and tax principles in the evaluation of intercompany transactions. Deloitte's U.S. Transfer Pricing Group provides candidates with an intellectually stimulating work environment, where there is the opportunity to interact with over 30 Ph.D. economists across the U.S. who specialized various fields of study.

Economists within Transfer Pricing develop a rich set of skills that combine the rigor of modeling, empirical analysis, and economic ideas with the interaction and energy of a global consultancy practice. Economists are given the opportunity to apply their expertise to generate creative solutions to complex economic problems that multinational enterprises face. Transfer pricing is a growing and dynamic field, and the questions posed in transfer pricing are unique and provide opportunities for our economists to work on new and interesting problems in a collaborative and supportive environment. Successful candidates will work with a group of colleagues from a variety of backgrounds, including other Ph.D. economists, tax attorneys, and business professionals. Transfer pricing is an international practice that is client-facing, providing unique opportunities to work with global Deloitte teams on international engagements.

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of economics, modeling, and empirical analysis. Successful candidates will have the ability to internally communicate and manage team members within our practice, and externally, with clients, in a clear and effective manner. Successful candidates will be excited to develop consultancy skills and apply their expertise in economics to real-world and often unique issues.
