The Department of Economics invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank. Candidates with specializations in macroeconomics and/or financial economics will be considered. The Department is seeking candidates with demonstrated teaching expertise and research potential. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with an interest in teaching quantitative methods. Minimum qualifications include: Ph.D. in Economics (completion of Ph.D. by August 2017 preferred, but required by January 2018); ability to work with a diverse student population; interest in teaching undergraduate and M.A. courses.
