Department of Economics (ECON), Copenhagen Business School invites expressions of interest regarding positions as Assistant Professor.
The department aims to provide cutting-edge research, teaching and knowledge transfer in the core areas of economics. High priority is given to research infrastructure, travel support, and access to data.
Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a PhD or the equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Research, including responsibility for the academic development
Responsibility for publishing, research-based teaching and dissemination
Active participation in the regular research activities
Teaching, including examinations
Educational development and other assignments
Various administrative tasks
Procedure:
ECON will interview candidates at the ASSA Annual Meeting in Chicago, January 6-8, 2017. The Department will invite a number of candidates to CBS for job seminars and dialogues. A committee will evaluate the applicants after which preferred candidates will receive offers of employment.
