Hawaiʻi Pacific University (HPU) invites nominations, expressions of interest, and applications for the position of dean of the College of Business.

Reporting directly to the provost, the dean will be responsible for leading the College of Business through AACSB accreditation, developing both internal and external partnerships, driving enrollment, and generating new resources and revenue streams. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, inclusive leader, and a public-facing ambassador to both the university and community. Along with strong knowledge of the Asia Pacific region, critical to this role will be a commitment to the Hawaiian culture and local values that include pono (honest and moral), kuleana (responsibility and concern for all interests, property and people) and aloha (kindness and grace).
