We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and quantitative modeling techniques, strong backgrounds in econometrics, macroeconomics, financial economics and asset pricing, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Successful candidates are expected to develop consultancy skills and apply their expertise in economics and finance to help our clients around the globe with real-world challenging and oftentimes unique issues.

Responsibilities:
• Perform statistical and financial analysis on economic, regulatory and policy issues of significance to a range of clients in the public and private sectors, both domestically and internationally.
• Develop and apply complex financial models to analyze and price complex transactions and financial instruments.
• Apply creative, innovative, lateral thinking to problem solving.
• Craft rigorous, insightful narratives on the issues under analysis and translate these into informative professional reports and presentations as needed that are accessible to non-specialists but add value for our clients.
• Apply creative, innovative, lateral thinking to problem solving.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of KPMG’s suite of market-leading economic and financial models with a variety of econometric and statistical applications.
