Economics Instructor

Glendale Community College District in California is currently recruiting for a full-time, tenure-track Economic Instructor. Economics instructors are expected to teach 15 hours of lower division coursework per week. Members of the full-time faculty will hold five office hours per week and are expected to devote as much time as necessary to perform the professional responsibilities of the position. Participation in professional activities, curriculum development, and campus committees is expected. The teaching assignment will include a minimum of one course offered in either online or hybrid format. This position reports to the Division Chair of Social Sciences.

Start Date: Fall 2017

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in economics OR bachelor's degree in economics AND master's degree in business, business administration, business management, business education, finance, or political science OR the equivalent.
