Colorado College Economics and Business Department announces a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics position to begin August 2017. Colorado College is distinctive for its modular “Block Plan”. The academic year is divided into eight 3-1/2 week blocks, department faculty teach five blocks per year plus supervision of senior thesis students.

The application should include a cover letter, teaching and research statements, CV, graduate school transcripts (unofficial transcript acceptable at this stage), and contact information (email addresses required) for a minimum of three references (at least one of which should address teaching ability).

The department will hold phone/skype/ possible on-campus interviews in the first quarter of 2017. We will continue to consider applications until the position is filled.
