The Department of Economics at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor (AA# 40-7-082). The appointment will begin in Fall 2018. The department is particularly interested in candidates with a demonstrated teaching/research interest in Industrial Organization and/or Behavioral Economics. In addition to teaching courses related to these fields, the successful candidate will be expected to regularly teach introductory and/or core quantitative courses, and a course related to Business & Government. The teaching load is four courses per semester. Qualified candidates with a Ph.D. in Economics are preferred. Candidates expecting to complete their Ph.D. by August 17, 2018 will also be considered.
