The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Goethe University Frankfurt, invites applications for the

Helaba Endowed Assistant Professorship (W1) in Real Estate Finance II

The position is limited to 6 years, subject to a midterm review, and is assigned to the Finance Department. We are looking for candidates with the potential to publish in leading finance journals. Applicants are expected to have a focus on real estate finance/economics and should contribute to the Research Center SAFE (www.safe-frankfurt.de). We will interview at the ASSA meetings in Philadelphia (January 5-7, 2018) and at Goethe University. Applicants should please indicate whether they will be available for interviews in Philadelphia.

We expect teaching participation in all our programs (four hours per semester). The designated salary is based on “W1” on the German university scale.
