Two Post-Doctoral Researcher positions are currently open for world-class experimental social scientists to join CESS Nuffield – FLAME University (Pune, India).

We are a dynamic international collaboration between Nuffield Centre for Experimental Social Sciences of the University of Oxford (CESS) and FLAME University. We promote and support lab and lab-in-the-field experiments in India. You can find more information about the Centre at cess-nuffield-flame.org.

The positions are approximately 80% research, with teaching of 30 hours per year. Compensation is generous according to local scales and qualifies for a work visa. The position starts in September 2018 in Pune.

Internal funding is available for CESS researchers to do their own lab-in-the-field and traditional lab experiments.
We are interested in researchers with expertise in cooperation, trust, behavioral economics, or regulation, though other fields will be considered.

Qualifications: PhD/DPhil in any of the social sciences or related fields (public policy, public health, management, etc.) and a dissertation involving at least one experiment (pure lab, field RCT, or anywhere
in between).
