Full Text of JOE Listing:
The Research Manager will be a key member of Bersin’s Research Ideation team, which leads the agenda for Bersin’s research-driven insights. Will also:
- Redefine the role of HR in empowering workforce productivity; designing worker experiences; and optimizing investments and returns on human capital.
- Work with Bersin’s Research Execution and Content Delivery teams to guide their work in the creation of articles, webinars, infographics, podcasts, and videos relevant to the future of HR, productivity and the human capital balance sheet.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the research roadmap by identifying leading practices in HR, with a specific focus on productivity, worker experience and the implications of people and HR on organizational finances.
Qualifications:
8+ years of business experience in HR/talent management or with a related analyst or research firm or consultancy,
Strategic thinking and business skills.
Recognized thought leader within the larger HR/talent management industry and community.
Effective presentation development and delivery skills.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, virtual environment, providing and accepting continuous feedback and support.
Graduate degree in economics, finance or a related social science
Ability to travel up to 50%
Expertise in econometrics or financial modeling preferred.
