The Department of Economics is seeking applicants for visiting lecturer positions beginning August 2019. This is a one-year contract with potential for renewal. Responsibilities include teaching 12 credit hours each semester of principles and intermediate macroeconomics and areas of interest of the candidate. Minimum qualifications are: ABD in economics, prior college/university teaching experience, and a demonstrated potential for quality teaching. Send letter of interest, current CV, teaching portfolio with teaching philosophy, sample course syllabi, sample exams, summary of teaching evaluations, and contact information for three professional references. The search will remain open until the position is filled, however, the Search Committee will begin reviewing applications immediately.
