The Economics department is seeking a microeconomist for a one-year, non-tenure-track Lecturer position beginning August 2019. The department has a strong research orientation and offers B.A., B.S., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Economics. The successful applicant will teach the first two semesters of graduate microeconomics to beginning doctoral students. Other courses could be undergraduate microeconomics or an undergraduate elective in the candidate’s area of expertise.
Minimum Requirements: A strong background in microeconomic theory, relevant teaching preparation, and Ph.D. in Economics by the beginning of the appointment.
Preferred Requirements: Relevant teaching experience in Economics at the beginning of the appointment.
