The Health Policy is currently seeking strong research professionals (Research/Senior Research Associate) to work on a variety of projects including the development of the Health Insurance Policy Simulation Model (HIPSM) and a new microsimulation model for Medicare as well as addressing issues arising from trade-offs among health care costs, access, quality, and broader investments in social services. The center's focus has been on Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance markets and health care reform. Qualifications: *PhD in Health Policy, Economics, Social Science, etc. and the equivalent of 1 to 6+ years of relevant experience, or the the combination of academic, substantive knowledge; and health policy research experience needed to perform the duties described above. *Demonstrated experience in programming with statistical software ( STATA is preferred) *Knowledge in languages such as C or Python *Senior level roles require exhibited prior experience with leadership level work on microsimulation and/or econometric discrete choice models. Both positions require excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to address critical health policy topics.
