The Department of Economics at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position with a primary field in economic development to start August 1, 2020. In addition to courses in economic development, the successful candidate will be expected to teach a one-semester introductory course and economic statistics. The successful candidate will be expected to be part of developing and teaching a diverse and inclusive curriculum, including contributing to college-wide initiatives such as the 360 Program and the Emily Balch Seminars. Candidates must have teaching experience, evidence of research potential, and they must have completed all the requirements for a Ph.D. in economics by the start date.
