The Hainan University-Arizona State University Joint International Tourism College (HAITC) is seeking a full-time, 9 month assistant professor in public administration.
This position will be permanently based in Haikou, Hainan, China.
The School of Public Affairs (SPA) is one of four schools in the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions (https://publicservice.asu.edu), a vibrant community of active scholars committed to excellence in education and innovative responses to collective problems. SPA’s mission is to understand and address society's grandest challenges in public management, policy, and governance. (See: http://spa.asu.edu/).
Hainan University is a comprehensive provincial university in Haikou, Hainan. It is one of the “211 Project” key universities. Currently offering three dual degree programs, the college began in Fall 2017 and now hosts over 775 students. Courses are taught by both HNU and ASU faculty.
