The University Development team is a corporate development team that explores, prioritizes, and executes on strategic initiatives. We are leading a strategic initiative around alternative financial aid to improve access and affordability for students.

As a quantitative research consultant, you will provide consulting services around quantitative research, financial aid product design, and predictive modeling. You will survey academic literature related to consumer and education finance, perform advanced data analytics, architect model development plans, and develop predictive models to accurately forecast job placement patterns, income growth, and financial obligation default of both graduates and non-completers.

Required Qualifications:
• PhD in quantitative field (finance, economics, statistics, or similar field)
• Expertise in R, SAS, or Python
• 2+ years in consumer credit risk modeling

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in SQL
• 2+ years in management consulting or independent consulting services
• 2+ years employed by or serving higher education-related entities
• Knowledge of consumer ABS securities and markets
