Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics
This is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics position. Although this is not currently a tenure track position there is a possibility that a tenure track position may become available if funding becomes available.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Masters and/or Ph.D. in Economics•Ability to teach principles of macroeconomics,microeconomics, and finance
•College level teaching experience•Demonstrated teaching excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
•Demonstrated success working in a diverse student environment
•Work experience outside of academia
•Online teaching experience
•Ability to teach upper level economics classes
Compensation:
Salary is $65,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.The anticipated start date is in August 2020.
