Serves as an expert for the Community and Economic Development (CED) program and the District on barriers to and solutions for increasing the economic mobility and resilience of low- and moderate-income households and communities, particularly in relation to systemic shocks and stresses that impact the Southeast. Areas of expertise might include, but are not limited to, understanding the disparate impacts of natural, social, and/or economic hazards on underserved communities, community resilience and adaptation, inclusive urban/rural development, access to financial services and credit, household financial security, housing, and workforce development.

Uses strategic agility and quality decision making to support CED leadership in the development of a comprehensive strategy for a particular CED topic (to include research, outreach, and other initiatives). Executes the strategy and monitors, measures, and reports outcomes. Produces highly specialized and original research papers, articles and reports on CED topics for Bank and System publications. Represents the Bank and CED function on System workgroups, participates in and leads District and System projects. Maintains a high level of knowledge regarding research, best practices, and policy expertise.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
