[Job Responsibility]

• As part of a leading online community, economists need to model the dynamics of the community and optimize for long-term user engagement. They also need to work with product managers, engineers and data scientists to adapt products and iterate fast.

• Examples of economists’ work include macro-level understanding of the short-video and live-streaming community, evaluating the impacts of policies on subpopulations of users, modelling the long-term value for producers and consumers, exploring for better objective function for the online recommender system, designing experiments that impacts millions of people and more.

[Job Requirements]

1.At least 3 years of data modeling experience
2.PhD in Economics, Operations Research, Statistics, Machine Learning or related fields
3.Business savvy, strategic thinking, and self-driven
4.Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and multitask
5.Familiar with Python, SQL, R, Hadoop and/or other programming languages
6.Proficient in Mandarin, native preferred
