The Department of Economics at St. Olaf College invites applications to fill a full-time, one-year position in economics at the level of Instructor or Assistant Professor beginning in August 2020. A Ph.D. in economics is preferred though A.B.D.s in economics with undergraduate teaching experience will receive full consideration.
We seek candidates with the experience and interest in teaching introductory economics and intermediate or advanced economics electives in their fields of expertise such as economics of race and gender, international trade, labor economics, urban economics, or related areas.
The Department is particularly interested in applicants who will continue to contribute to our diverse community and broaden our curricular offerings.
