<Qualification Requirements>
(1) Having experience of research regarding economics (theory or practice) at universities or other research institutions (having knowledge of industrial organization and/or microeconomics is also desirable.), or
(2) Having experience of survey on economy and/or industry in private corporations including think-tank and consulting firm.
* Treatment differs depending on whether having Ph.D. or not.
<Occupation>
As a deputy director or assistant director, to perform quantitative and/or qualitative economic analysis on the JFTC's enforcement, market survey, policy-making, etc.
<Selection Process>
Candidates must submit the following documents by mail.
1. Curriculum vitae
2. Composition stating the reason for application and achievement of study or research in university (2 – 3 sheets of A4 size paper)
3. Catalog of research achievements
4. Summary of main thesis (copies are permitted)
Selection will be conducted by document screening and interview. Candidate who has passed the document screening only can be announced by the JFTC and take an interview.
<Other Conditions>
Appointments are for a 2 to 5-years term.
Candidates must have Japanese nationality.
