The Business School at Hunan University prides itself on the 100-year history of business education which dates back to the establishment of Hunan Business Educator Training Institute in 1911. It currently offers an undergraduate program, master program, and doctoral program which covers major areas of business administration and management science; as well as a professional master programs, including MBA, EMBA, MPAcc, Master of Auditing, and Master of Asset Evaluation.
The Business School of Hunan University is AMBA accredited and has recently been accepted as a member of AACSB and EQUIS
According to the ministry of education ranking published in 2012, the Business School of Hunan University business administration discipline was ranked as one of the top 12 in China and the top 1 in central China. The 2020 Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (Business Administration) flags the Hunan University Business School as No. 9 among universities in mainland China.

Requirements:
Obtained a PhD degree from an internationally renowned university.
Research experience with outstanding academic achievements would be a huge plus.

Available Positions:
Assistant Professor/Associated Professor/Full Professor in Finance, Econometrics, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Innovation, Operations Management, Marketing, and Accounting.

Responsibilities：
Conduct full-time lecturing and research in the disciplines of management science and business administration.
Build research teams; advise young researchers for international competence
Promote international influence of relevant disciplines; participate in curriculum construction and development; develop and coordinate international academic exchange events and collaboration
Apply for research grants for national research projects
Publish papers in international journals as the first or corresponding author affiliated to the Business School of Hunan University.
Advise students on their course work, research and thesis.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary up to RMB 400,000 for assistant professor ; competitive salary package is negotiable for associate professor and full professor; a special package is negotiable for highly competent candidate.
Settlement allowance up to RMB 300,000 for professors, RMB 200,000 for associate professors, and RMB 150,000 for assistant professors.
Research funding available for assistant professors, associate professors, and full professors, up to RMB 150,000/300,000/500,000 respectively.
