The Regional Affairs Department in the Denver Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City offers a paid internship to a candidate with advanced training in macroeconomics, monetary economics, time series and general econometrics, finance, or related fields. The intern will have the opportunity to interact with professionals in a stimulating research environment while working on specified projects. In addition, the intern will be able to attend the Bank’s invited seminar series and observe public engagements.
The internship will take place between May and September, 2021, for 10-12 weeks (dates are flexible). At this time, the internship is expected to be virtual. The Department will provide a computer, technical support and access to high-performance computational facilities.
Applications are open to candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in economics, finance, data science or related fields.
