The Department of Economics invites applications for a Clinical Assistant / Associate Professor. The individual hired in this role will also serve as Director of the Economics Department’s Undergraduate Program.

About the Position
The individual hired will serve as Director of the Economics Department’s Undergraduate Program and assume an 18 credit hour per year teaching responsibility (the equivalent of 3 undergraduate courses per semester). The Undergraduate Program Director will work closely with academic advisors in the Krannert School of Management and the Department Head to grow the major and continually develop and implement curricular improvements. Teaching responsibilities for this position may involve some courses for the Department’s online Master’s Program in addition to offerings at the undergraduate level.
Requirements and Application Instructions
This position requires a Ph.D. in economics or closely related field and is a full-time, academic–year appointment. The position will begin August 2022.
