The School of Social Sciences and Government at the Tecnológico de Monterrey has several openings. We invite applications from candidates with a specialization in various fields such as Finance, Macroeconomics, Applied Micro, and Health Economics. We have positions for research and teaching faculty.
We are interested in candidates with the potential to conduct theoretically informed, empirical, and policy-relevant research for publication in top academic journals and other peer-reviewed venues. The Tecnológico offers a dynamic academic environment with excellent support for research professors. We also have openings for teaching professors, with opportunities for course releases based on projects and service. All professors are expected to teach and mentor undergraduates as well as graduate students.

Compensation is competitive and includes incentives and support for research activities.

The Tecnológico de Monterrey will review applications and will contact candidates for interviews and possible flyout to our campuses in Monterrey and Mexico City. The institution will provide legal assistance for foreign nationals in order to obtain work permits and visas for the candidate as well as his or her dependents. Special consideration will be given to those candidates that speak Spanish fluently. However, professors are welcome and encouraged to teach in English as well.
