The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia invites applications for an Open Rank Tenure-Track or Non-Tenured faculty position in the Global Economies and Markets area to begin in fall 2022. We are seeking faculty with a willingness to teach courses on macroeconomics and international economics to MBAs in our Executive programs at our Rosslyn, VA facility in the Washington, DC area. Preference will be given to applicants with at least three years of post-PhD experience.

Applicants must possess a PhD in a relevant field by the start date of the position. To be considered for the rank of assistant professor applicants must show potential for excellence in research and teaching. Applicants for more senior appointments must demonstrate an outstanding record of research productivity, impact, and teaching. At Darden we are very interested in research that is relevant to managers and/or policymakers. Applicants for a non-tenure-track position must demonstrate a commitment to excellent and innovative teaching.
