The Department of Economics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for a tenure-track position for Assistant Professor to begin August 2022. We seek applicants with outstanding research and teaching potential in applied public economics emphasizing intersections with industrial organization, health, and/or education. The successful candidate will expand our research capabilities in applied microeconomics and teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in public finance and related fields.
Qualifications:
* PhD in Economics completed by August 2022
* Potential to become a high quality teacher/scholar
* Potential for publishing in leading economics journals
