The Department of Economics and Business (ECBU) at Virginia Military Institute (VMI) is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach teach Principles of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics courses. Positions will be available starting in January 2022 and future semesters. Instruction will occur in-person on campus in Lexington, VA.

ECBU is a collegial, teaching-oriented department where faculty deliver rigorous coursework appropriate for students pursuing a generalized undergraduate degree in business and economics. We offer small classes and emphasize building a rapport with our students.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree in Economics or be a PhD student who has passed their comprehensive/qualifying exams.

Qualified candidates must satisfy AACSB requirements for faculty sufficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have teaching experience.
