Assistant Professor in Economics - Labor/Development/Applied Economics

Location: San Diego, CA
The University of San Diego (USD), School of Business invites applications for one tenure-track Assistant Professor in Economics with specific emphasis on Labor Economics, Development Economics or Applied Econometrics to begin Fall 2022.
Teaching responsibilities for the position include introductory and upper-level courses at either the undergraduate or graduate levels in economics or statistics/econometrics, along with field courses that reflect the candidate's research and teaching interests.
Job Requirements:
Successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Economics prior to the start of the appointment and is expected to maintain a record of exceptional scholarly achievement and dedication to teaching excellence and service in a liberal arts environment.
Persons offered employment must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and will be required to provide official education transcripts for degree verification.
