The Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research and the Department of Economics seek to fill a tenure track position at the rank of assistant/associate professor. Candidates with strong applied micro and econometrics skills and a focus on public or labor economics (to include taxation, health, education, or welfare) are especially encouraged to apply. In addition to high-quality academic research, responsibilities include work on funded projects, and limited graduate and undergraduate instruction. Candidates should also possess a commitment to fostering the development of the Boyd Center, departmental, and college goals. Ph.D. in economics or equivalent required. The Knoxville campus of the University of Tennessee is seeking candidates who have the ability to contribute in meaningful ways to the diversity and intercultural goals of the University.
