Teach for All is hiring a Social Scientist (hereafter referred to as “Researcher”) who is an expert in quantitative and qualitative research tools to support a portfolio of internal research projects to drive network learning and innovation in key areas.

The researcher is joining our monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) team at an exciting moment when we are building out our network’s capability for using experimentation and evidence from internal research as a core part of our network-wide approach to learning. The researcher will also support cutting-edge thinking on how to advance our ambitious external evaluation agenda to capture the value proposition of the network and its impact on long-term system change in education in select local ecosystems. The ideal candidate should love being creative with research methods and measurement approaches, since both our internal research and efforts to evaluate our network’s impact will require innovative measurement approaches.

The candidate will also thrive when having many different types of problems thrown at them, be able to quickly digest and understand the evidence and learning objectives, and provide advice and guidance on how best to proceed.
